Type: Full time, Temp to Hire
Salary Range: $22.00-$28.00/hr. DOE ( $3.50 differential overnights)
Schedule: 1st or 3rd Shift Available
Location: Fargo, ND

Position Overview:
- Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on various metal components
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and work orders
- Fabricate and fit parts to meet specifications
- Inspect welds to ensure quality and accuracy
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
- At least one year of welding experience (MIG and/or TIG preferred)
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and measurements
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
