The Retail Sales Representative will engage with our customers in person, introducing them to AT&T’s trusted products and services while building the sales expertise that sets them apart.
As a Retail Sales Representative, you’ll learn that a strong sales conversation starts with listening. The Retail Sales Representative’s work will combine customer support with sales, helping them strengthen sales communication by asking useful questions and presenting relevant AT&T telecommunications options in person.
Responsibilities of the Retail Sales Representative:
- Lead in-person sales consultations to review customer usage and recommend the most practical AT&T telecommunications services
- Support sales targets by clearly explaining the benefits of core AT&T products during direct, in-person conversations
- Help our customers navigate their options in person, focusing on accessible, everyday connectivity rather than complex technical specs
- Engage in sales conversations to acquire new customers and showcase why AT&T is the trusted choice for their daily communication needs
- Process account changes and service requests efficiently during in-person sales interactions, ensuring accuracy and high customer satisfaction
- Promote a wide range of AT&T services by understanding customers' lifestyles and matching them with the right telecommunications solutions
Qualifications of the Retail Sales Representative:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Strong interest in sales, customer service, or telecommunications is highly desired
