Precision Strategies is a direct sales firm partnered with AT&T, and we're expanding our Chicago team. In this role you'll work inside partnered big-box retail locations, engaging customers directly on the floor to introduce AT&T's products and services and guide them through enrollment. Core Functions of the AT&T Team Member:
- Engage customers on the retail floor to understand their needs and introduce the right AT&T internet, wireless, and account options
- Guide customers through the full enrollment process, from first conversation through completed sale, making every step feel simple and straightforward
- Recommend AT&T solutions that genuinely match what each customer is looking for, not just whatever is easiest to pitch
- Follow up with enrolled customers through product delivery to answer questions and support retention
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, account updates, and enrollment details
Preferred Skills of the AT&T Team Member:
- Confident, outgoing communicator who connects easily and doesn't shy away from starting a conversation
- Detail-oriented and reliable — you follow through on what you say you'll do
- Goal-driven and self-motivated with a genuine interest in hitting personal sales targets
- Coachable and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment
- Prior experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus — not required
- High school diploma or GED
