Entry Level Team Member

If you can turn a simple hello into a full sales conversation, we want you. Precision Strategies is seeking an Entry Level Team Member in the greater Chicago area. The Entry Level Team Member will also bring energy to every sales conversation, guide customers through easy sales decisions, and highlight AT&T’s everyday value.

As an Entry Level Team Member, you will become the expert our customers rely on for seamless enrollment. The Entry Level Team Member will also meet with our customers in our partnered big-box retailers, introduce AT&T's products and services, and guide them through every step of the enrollment and sales process.

Core Functions of the Entry Level Team Member:

• Connect with customers in person to learn what they need from AT&T and determine which services may be appropriate for enrollment
• Guide customers through AT&T enrollment steps in person while answering questions about available products, services, and account options
• Recommend AT&T solutions that align with customer priorities and support meaningful sales opportunities
• Keep customer conversations focused on practical value, clear choices, and a comfortable sales experience
• Review account information carefully and help customers accurately complete updates, selections, or enrollment details
• Follow up with customers after enrollment until product delivery to address routine questions and support retainment

Pay: $55,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
