Responsibilities
- Review accounting data for accuracy and completeness, assisting with the identification and correction of discrepancies as needed.
- Assist with basic inventory and operational tracking to support accurate internal reporting.
- Generate and issue accurate invoices to customers for services rendered and products sold.
- Maintain accurate financial records related to customer and vendor transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and accounting, to ensure information is properly documented and communicated.
- Prepare, compile, and maintain reports and statements related to invoice activities.
- Communicate professionally with employees and customers to resolve invoice inquiries and issues.
- Perform additional clerical, administrative, and accounting support tasks as assigned to support departmental needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one year of experience in a similar role (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Proficiency with computers, including email, Microsoft Teams, and Excel.
