INTERIM FINANCE/ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
Temporary role with our client in Greensburg, PA.

Responsibilities
- Manage and improve operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Prepare budgets and forecasts and analyze financial variances
- Oversee and support two on-site team members
- Perform accounting functions including account reconciliations and journal entries
- Coordinate with external accounting firm responsible for monthly bookkeeping
- Manage and coordinate audit preparation and execution
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting Preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of accounting and accounting processes
- Ability to manage budgets and financial reporting
- Experience coordinating audits
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Salary : $35 - $45
