General Purpose of Position:
To support all aspects of the Sales Services department and to influence the department's objectives:
- Plan, manage, execute, and expand trade relationships and activities.
- Identify and develop new, profit-generating business relationships that help evolve/expand Prasco's products and services in the pharmaceutical industry.

Provide support for entire Sales Services department including but not limited to: administrative tasks, internal project tracking, industry research, customer messaging, presentation development, and general project coordination. |

Manage all Prasco trade events including customer trade shows, meetings, sponsorships, and industry conferences throughout the year. |

Maintain corporate promotional items and apparel inventory. |

4 |
Provide assistance for department-related meetings and events. |

Provide support and service for existing and new trade accounts and customers. |
|
6 |
Provide marketing and design support for all department-related projects. |

Assist department with internal reports/updates |

Provide operational support for industry-specific initiatives |
Qualifications:
Work Shift:
This position works days. Onsite in Mason, OH
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work across multiple departments
- Advanced organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented; Proactive; Strong work ethic
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or related field
- Some experience in a Sales or customer service-related field preferred
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Required to sit, talk, see and hear. Occasionally required to walk, lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Must use hands and fingers to operate computer.
- Must have the ability to adjust focus for unplanned activities and other duties as assigned. Daily contact requires courtesy, discretion, and sound judgment.
