General Purpose of Position:
Collect, analyze and interpret data in support of Sales Operations.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

Conduct rhythmic reporting around key product and customer segments. |

Provide materials to account representatives and executives in advance of meetings and industry events. |

Support cross-functional project teams with reports, analysis and data management. |

4 |
Present and participate in customer and partner meetings. |
|
5 |
Maximize external data sets into operational deliverables. |

6 |
Build and maintain Tableau dashboards. |

7 |
Advance analytics in the Sales department. |
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to analyze and interpret data from disparate sources.
- Proficiency with Tableau and Microsoft Office suite.
- Curious Mindset
- Be able to tell a story with data.
- Working knowledge of pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to learn and adapt to demands in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a hands-on collaborative fashion with many different disciplines both inside and outside of the company.
Education and Experience:
- College Degree – Preferably Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Experience in a data-driven role preferred.
- Tableau Desktop Certification
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to sit at desk for extended periods of time
- Extended viewing of computer screens and manual dexterity to operate office equipment
- Ability to perform minimal lifting (typically less than 25 pounds), walking, and physical exertion (bending, kneeling, twisting, climbing) specific to physical inventories and related work
- Good eyesight and critical thinking to read, create and interpret business documents and spreadsheets
