Duties
- Greet visitors at the front desk with professionalism and warmth, providing excellent customer service
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries efficiently using proper phone etiquette
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and ensure clarity in all communications
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools for correspondence, scheduling, and document management
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment setting, and coordinating meetings
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track expenses and invoices
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, faxing, and maintaining organized filing systems
- Provide support as a personal assistant when needed, including task prioritization and time management to meet deadlines
Skills
- Proven experience with office management and administrative support roles with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent computer literacy with the ability to adapt to new software quickly
- Strong typing skills combined with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle inquiries professionally
