Capital Financial Management Analyst
Contract-3 days hybrid

Summary: Assisting in managing and reviewing financial reporting and allocations for a business unit. Work with the CTO team to support the planning, governance, and financial oversight of technology capital investments to ensure forecast accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting of relevant capital-based projects
Qualifications:
• Familiarity with portfolio and project management (PPM) tools, such as Clarity, preferred
• Strong attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and deliver results in a time sensitive environment
• Ability to make difficult decisions and work with limited supervision
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and multitask effectively
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast paced, client-focused, deadline-oriented environment.
• Basic Functional / Industry Knowledge of finance, technology, or capital management preferred
• Works effectively as a team member but also independently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity and complexity
• Previous experience in Accounting or Financial Operations
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Assist management with day-to-day capital budget management and operational oversight for all capital projects
• Perform forecast and variance analysis against capital plans, ensuring forecast accuracy and supporting re forecasting activities
• Develop and maintain recurring and ad-hoc portfolio financial reporting
• Ensure adherence with capital governance requirements, including adherence to forecasting and status update deadlines
• Assist with the maintenance of the capital plan, including new project intake, funding adjustments and budget changes
• Provide financial guidance and forecasting support to project managers and stakeholders
• Maintain and update capital management process documentation to align with changes to controls, standards and governance requirements
Salary : $50 - $55
