Position Overview
Powerus is seeking a Production Quality Lead to build and maintain high operational and manufacturing quality standards across the organization’s growing production capability.
This individual will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to improve reliability, quality control, testing processes, and production consistency across multiple operational environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production quality processes and standards
- Support inspection, testing, validation, and manufacturing quality activities
- Identify root causes of production or quality issues and drive corrective actions
- Work closely with suppliers, manufacturing teams, and engineering groups
- Support documentation, process control, and operational quality systems
- Improve manufacturing consistency and operational reliability
- Assist with production readiness and product validation activities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations
Qualifications
- Experience in quality engineering, manufacturing quality, or production quality leadership
- Aerospace, defense, electronics, robotics, or industrial manufacturing background preferred
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capability
- Familiarity with production testing and quality systems
- Hands-on operational mindset
- Strong attention to detail and process discipline
- Experience supporting manufacturing scale-up environments preferred
