Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Connect with prospective customers through calls, email outreach, and community engagement

• Collaborate with team members to support agency growth initiatives

• Track progress and maintain organized activity records

• Follow established office, licensing, and compliance procedures

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Organized and comfortable managing follow-up

• Confident initiating conversations and creating connections

• Experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or outreach preferred

• Active insurance license preferred, or ability to obtain applicable state licensing
