Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Vehicle Insurance Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling, servicing, and maintaining personal and commercial auto insurance policies while delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with computer systems and agency management software.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Quote, sell, and service vehicle insurance policies.
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and lead follow-up.
- Review clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements.
- Assist clients with policy questions, billing inquiries, and claims support.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Meet or exceed sales and customer retention goals.
