About the Role
This is not a pushy sales environment. We are looking for someone who can take a consultative approach, ask good questions, educate customers, and help them make informed decisions about their insurance needs.
Responsibilities
- Building strong relationships with customers through phone, email, and in-person communication
- Assisting with policy questions, changes, billing, coverage reviews, and general service needs
- Quoting and presenting insurance options for auto, home, life, and other State Farm products
- Following up with leads, current customers, and potential new clients
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and better protect customers
- Maintaining accurate notes and customer information in agency systems
- Meeting daily activity expectations and contributing to team sales goals
- Providing a professional, helpful, and positive customer experience
Qualifications
- Must be willing and able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses prior to starting
- Previous sales, customer service, banking, call center, or insurance experience is a plus
- Bilingual ability is a plus, but not required
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

Pay range and compensation package
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
