We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Cashier / Receptionist to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while efficiently processing transactions. Duties:
- Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or point-of-sale systems
- Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and reconcile discrepancies
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking merchandise and monitoring stock levels
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout and waiting area
Requirements:
- Strong mathematical skills, including proficiency in retail math calculations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
