Provides technical support for users of the district's computer and VOIP phone systems. This position is responsible for providing first level helpdesk support for hardware and software within the organization. This position requires the ability to be flexible in work assignments and scheduling, and an ability to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of the following is helpful, but not required:

This position is responsible for providing first level helpdesk support for hardware and software within the organization. This position requires the ability to be flexible in work assignments and scheduling, and an ability to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of the following is helpful, but not required:
- Presentation equipment (Projectors, document cameras, and sound systems).
- Software installation, configuration, updating, and removal on district-owned computers and instructional devices.
- Support and maintenance of approved instructional and productivity software.
- Microsoft Windows, Office and Microsoft Office 365 Cloud Based Apps and Services.
- Google Chrome, Chromebooks, and Google G-Suite.
- Disk imaging solutions.
- Print services and managing desktop printers.
- Common network communication troubleshooting methods.
- Network wiring standards.
- Microsoft server administration.
- Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Cisco IOS, Cisco Call Manager, and Unity voicemail.
