Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Overview:
Lead and supervise warehouse operations, ensuring smooth workflow, accurate inventory management, and timely distribution. Drive a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement while mentoring a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, saws) as needed.
- Oversee receiving, storing, and shipping of materials.
- Manage work schedules, task assignments, and workflow priorities.
- Train, coach, and mentor warehouse staff; ensure safety compliance.
- Monitor inventory, conduct cycle counts, and coordinate periodic inventories.
- Support purchasing and retail operations with inventory and distribution.
- Participate in hiring, performance evaluations, promotions, and corrective actions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 5 years supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
- 7 years warehouse/shipping experience.
- Skilled forklift operator with strong safety focus.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a high-traffic warehouse.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
