Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Oversee project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure financial efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to achieve project milestones.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and clients on project progress.
- Lead, mentor, and collaborate with project teams across multiple job sites.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial construction.
- Proven expertise in project coordination and construction management.
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Excel, Smartsheet, Word).
- Ability to work on-site in Lombard, IL.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in project or construction management are a plus.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
