Industrial Maintenance Technician - Injection molding

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial manufacturing and be capable of maintaining and repairing plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance, especially on injection molding equipment
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Use machine tools such as lathes, drill presses, and grinders for repairs and part fabrication

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and troubleshoot AC/DC circuits
• Strong mechanical knowledge including processing techniques, tools, and materials
• Skilled in diagnosing and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic systems (pumps, valves, cylinders)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in varied conditions
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus but not required

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive pay: $35 to $45 per hour, based on experience and skills
• Full-time position with 40 hours per week
