Litigation Paralegal – Defense

Overview:
Seeking an experienced Paralegal to support a busy defense litigation practice. You will handle document drafting, legal research, client and witness contact, case management, and trial support in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, discovery, and related documents.
- File and manage court documents in accordance with rules and procedures.
- Conduct legal research and prepare written summaries for attorneys.
- Interview clients and witnesses; prepare statement summaries.
- Organize, maintain, and retrieve case files, exhibits, and evidence.
- Assist with trial and hearing preparation; attend proceedings as needed.
- Track and record billable time and case-related activities.
Education & Experience:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred.
- Paralegal certificate preferred.
- Prior litigation paralegal or related legal support experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
