Description:
We are seeking a motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle personal injury cases from inception through trial, including client intake, case investigation, and legal strategy development.
- Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and court proceedings.
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest level of client service and case outcomes.
- Mentor and support junior attorneys as needed.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- 2 years of litigation and/or trial experience preferred.
- Strong courtroom presence and excellent negotiation skills.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Commitment to providing outstanding client service and delivering results.
