Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients in personal injury cases
- Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court during litigation
- Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and other legal professionals
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting personal injury cases
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state
- Proven experience in personal injury law
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent negotiation and courtroom skills
- Experience in litigation is a plus
