Outpatient Therapist (LMSW, LMFT or LPC)
$6000 retention bonus offered!
Location: Flint, MI
Hours: Full time, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6pm with some flexibility (some evening hours as needed.

Our client is seeking a compassionate and motivated fully licensed professional to provide high-quality behavioral services in a supportive, client-centered, and fun professional environment.
What You'll Do:
- Provide individual and family therapy services across diverse populations
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support whole-person care
- Support clients navigating mental health, social challenges, and community resources.
What You Bring:
- Master's degree
- Active license in Michigan as an LMSW, LPC, or LMFT.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Stay current on all CMH required trainings
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office, Electronic Medical Record, Human Resource Management System (HRMS), MI Bridges (MDHHS), SOS System
- Provide referrals when needed to community resources or other health providers
- 1 year of experience working with children
