We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), to work with our amazing client, a family centralized assisted living facility in the greater Genesee County area. Our clients’ services include counseling, medical care, occupational therapy and case management, as well as compassionate residential care in a family setting.
Job Benefits and Details:
- $15,000 sign-on/retention bonus (5k following 90 days of employment & 10k following 6 months of employment)
- Pay Rate Range: $80,000-100,000 (depending on knowledge and years of experience)
- Setting: Assisted Living Facility
- Health Insurance: Available for full-time employees
- Pro-rated PTO: Front-loaded for the remainder of the year
- Annual PTO: 120 hours front-loaded on January 1st
- Retirement Plan: 5% 401(k) employer match
- Hybrid Schedule: Monday & Friday Remote, In Office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Your Role with the Company:
As the BCBA you will be expected to evaluate individuals using a battery of industry assessments in behavioral, emotional, cognitive, social and psychological areas to diagnose or determine the extent of specific disorders. You will be requested to develop treatment plans for individuals with mental health goals using therapies such as counseling, hypnosis, behavior modification, psychotherapy and other strategies. This will involve Interacting with patients using an individual or group counseling therapeutic approach to help develop coping strategies for various disorders or stressors.

Requirements:
- BCBA certification
- Possession of a valid Michigan state license in Psychology
- Excellent analytical skills and communication ability
Preferred:
- Two or more years of experience in a clinical setting
