Role Overview
Provide clinical expertise and behavioral support across residential, vocational, and community living settings for individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and intellectual disabilities. You will conduct assessments, design intervention plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote independence and skill development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and analyze behavioral data.
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Provide clinical oversight, direct observation, and guidance for support staff and caregivers.
- Train, coach, and support staff on behavioral strategies, safety protocols, and daily living skills.
- Maintain complete clinical documentation in accordance with ABA best practices and regulatory standards.
- Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:30 PM).
- No weekends or late evenings.
- Hybrid flexibility on a case-by-case basis (e.g., completing assessments at home).
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Active BCBA certification in good standing.
- Experience working with autism spectrum disorders and/or developmental/intellectual disabilities.
- Expertise in addressing challenging behaviors and designing evidence-based interventions.
- Strong communication, documentation, and staff/caregiver training skills.
