Pharma Inspection

While collaborating with a team, and taking direction from the Rewind Lead, the Rewinder/Numberer is responsible for the final preparation and packaging of labels.

Essential Functions:

· Operate various rewinders and is responsible for cutting master rolls down to finish rolls that were produced on the press.

· Based on customer requirements, number the labels utilizing the Rea Jet numbering heads on the tabletop rewinders.

· Once the rolls are finished and/or numbered to the customers’ requirements it is their responsibility to inspect and box the rolls and place all the necessary box tags and samples on the cases and get them ready for shipment.

· Notify Rewind Lead that the documentation needs prepared for shipment.

· As with all team members the rewinder/numberer is also responsible for workplace organization, adherence to workplace safety rules, and Good Manufacturing Practices.

Qualifications/Skills Required:

A high school diploma.

· Reliable transportation.

· Ability to work overtime as required.

· Attention to detail and excellent math skills.

· Good written and verbal communication skills.

· Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Work Environment and Physical Demands: The team members are required to stand for their entire shift, bending squatting frequently is also required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and must have physical dexterity to use hand tools. Repetitive actions that entail the use of fingers, hands, arms, and legs such as bending, stooping, and lifting. Regular requirements of safely lifting, pushing, pulling approximately 40 lbs. Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, inspect parts, and identify color.

Other duties may be assigned by Management as needed for optimal operational efficiency.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
