A highly respected, nationally recognized law firm with a longstanding reputation in private wealth, trusts & estates, and fiduciary services is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join its Stamford office.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable operations
- Process invoices, reimbursements, and disbursements with proper GL coding
- Handle credit card transactions and reconciliations
- Oversee check runs, Positive Pay, and banking coordination
- Maintain accurate AP records, vendor data, and audit-ready documentation
- Perform monthly reconciliations (subledger to general ledger)
- Prepare AP reporting (aging, open invoices, payment history)
- Serve as the AP subject matter expert for the firm’s financial system
- Identify inefficiencies and help optimize AP processes
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of Accounts Payable experience (full-cycle preferred)
- Experience working with ERP systems (Aderant strongly preferred)
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- High attention to detail with audit-level accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication skills across internal stakeholders and vendors
