Position: Litigation Paralegal, AmLaw100
Onsite Logistics: Midtown - 3 days onsite per week
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 OT and Bonus
Responsibilities
- Assist in document review and organization
- Prepare privilege logs
- Preform fact research in Westlaw and Lexis/Nexis
- Assist with depositions
- Digest deposition transcripts
- Cite checking, blue booking, shepardizing, fact checking, exhibit preparation and proof-reading of briefs, court filings and other documents
- Prepare binders for trial, mediation, and motions
- Records summarization
- Prepare subpoenas
- Case maintenance: organization of files such as correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and closing/archiving
- Review court dockets in PACER and state court sites
- Document and presentation preparation, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, Nuance PDF and other software
- Assist with scanning projects
- Assist with general office administration
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
