We’re looking for an Employer Brand & Recruiting Coordinator who is organized, proactive, and people-focused—someone who can help identify top talent, create strong first impressions, and support recruiting efforts from first touch to hire.

Position Overview

This role sits at the intersection of recruiting, employer brand, and outreach. You’ll manage candidate pipelines, conduct initial screenings, support hiring events, and represent Plateau in the community.

This is a full-time, in-office role in Kennesaw, GA, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, and working closely with HR and hiring managers across the company.

What You’ll Do

Recruiting & Candidate Screening

• Review, sort, and vet incoming resumes across multiple roles
• Identify qualified candidates based on role requirements
• Conduct initial phone screening interviews
• Provide clear notes and recommendations to hiring managers
• Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communication

Candidate Experience & Communication

• Serve as a first point of contact for candidates
• Respond to social media messages, emails, and inbound inquiries related to hiring
• Ensure a professional, timely, and positive experience throughout the process
• Communicate clearly regarding next steps and expectations

Career Fairs & Community Outreach

• Represent Plateau at career fairs, hiring events, and industry events
• Coordinate and attend school visits, workforce programs, and recruiting events
• Build relationships with local schools, trade programs, and organizations
• Support outreach efforts to attract talent and grow awareness of Plateau careers

Employer Brand Support

• Assist with posting jobs across platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, industry sites)
• Support recruiting-related content (job posts, hiring announcements, etc.)
• Help maintain consistency in how Plateau is presented to candidates
• Assist in launching and supporting recruiting campaigns and outreach efforts

Organization & Process

• Maintain organized candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems
• Track applicant flow and basic recruiting metrics
• Keep detailed records of candidate evaluations and communication
• Help improve recruiting workflows and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years in recruiting coordination, HR, administrative support, or similar role
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Excellent communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
• Comfortable representing the company in public-facing settings
• Professional, confident, and people-focused demeanor
• Ability to manage multiple roles, events, and priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Bonus Experience (Nice to Have)

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR
• Familiarity with construction or blue-collar recruiting
• Experience with career fairs, campus recruiting, or outreach programs
• Exposure to social media or employer branding initiatives
