Talent Partner – Recruiting & Employer Branding

IMS Gear Georgia, LLC
Gainesville, GA Full Time
POSTED ON 3/25/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 5/24/2026

About the Role

Ready to build something that matters? IMS Gear is looking for a Talent Partner – Recruiting & Employer Branding to lead full-cycle recruiting across our U.S. operations—focusing on the critical, hard-to-fill roles that keep our business moving: automation, PLC, robotics, engineering, and skilled manufacturing.

In this role, you won’t just fill positions—you’ll shape hiring strategy, partner directly with leadership, and elevate how we show up in the talent market. You’ll play a key role in strengthening our employer brand and creating a candidate experience that stands out.

This is a high-impact, hands-on opportunity for someone who takes ownership, moves with urgency, and thrives in a fast-paced, build-as-you-go environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruiting for hourly, technical, and professional roles
  • Focus on niche and hard-to-fill positions (e.g., automation, PLC, robotics, skilled trades)
  • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, timelines, and hiring strategies
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insight and hiring guidance
  • Define and refine candidate profiles based on business needs and talent availability
  • Bring solutions to challenges such as limited pipelines and competitive markets
  • Build proactive pipelines for specialized and difficult-to-source skill sets
  • Utilize direct sourcing, referrals, networking, and industry outreach
  • Engage passive candidates and maintain long-term talent relationships
  • Enhance job postings and candidate-facing messaging
  • Support employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
  • Contribute to improving online presence and candidate engagement
  • Support local recruiting efforts (job fairs, community partnerships, workforce programs)
  • Track recruiting activity and maintain standardized recruiting trackers
  • Monitor key metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline strength, source effectiveness)
  • Use data to improve recruiting strategies and outcomes
  • Partner with HR, leadership, and hiring teams across locations
  • Communicate proactively on progress, risks, and solutions
  • Support the development of consistent and scalable recruiting practices
  • Ensure adherence to ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and IATF 16949 Quality Management System
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on technical, engineering, or skilled manufacturing roles
  • Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill or niche positions
  • Strong sourcing skills, including passive candidate engagement and market mapping
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering directly with hiring managers and leadership
  • Experience using ATS and recruiting tools to manage pipelines and drive results

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience recruiting in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Multi-site or regional recruiting experience
  • Experience with employer branding, recruitment marketing, or candidate experience initiatives
  • Bilingual Spanish/English

What We Offer

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage EAP and mental health resources
  • Competitive paid time off and flexible scheduling where applicable
  • 401(k) with company match and company-paid life/disability insurance
  • Training and professional development
  • Collaborative culture with direct impact
