We’re looking for a Corporate Brand Specialist who thrives in organization, detail, and execution—someone who can bring structure, consistency, and polish across RFQs, presentations, internal documents, and our website.
Position Overview
This role is the backbone of brand consistency, document excellence, and digital upkeep across the company. You’ll support marketing, operations, and leadership by creating, organizing, and maintaining high-quality materials that reflect Plateau’s professionalism.
This is a full-time, in-office role in Kennesaw, GA, working closely with the Marketing Director and internal teams.
What You’ll Do
RFQs, Proposals & Bid Support
- Assist in the creation and organization of RFQs, proposals, and bid documents
- Maintain and update project sheets, employee resumes, and qualifications packages
- Ensure all submissions are accurate, consistent, and on-brand
- Track deadlines and coordinate with internal teams to gather content
Brand & Document Management
- Maintain and organize company templates, boilerplates, and brand assets
- Ensure consistency across all internal and external materials
- Create and update capability statements, project profiles, and resumes
- Support brand updates and rollout across all documents
Presentations & Marketing Materials
- Build and format PowerPoint presentations for leadership, RFQs, and client meetings
- Design and update business cards, flyers, and internal materials
- Support layout and formatting in PowerPoint, Word, and Canva
Website & Digital Support (WordPress)
- Make routine updates to the company website using WordPress
- Upload and update project content, blogs, team bios, and service pages
- Ensure website content stays current, accurate, and aligned with brand standards
- Coordinate with marketing on new pages, updates, and basic SEO formatting
Organization & Process Improvement
- Create systems for organizing files, templates, and shared resources
- Improve workflows for faster, more efficient proposal and document creation
- Act as a go-to resource for document and brand support across departments
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years in marketing coordination, proposals, administrative support, or similar role
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail (critical for success)
- Strong writing, formatting, and editing skills
- Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Word & PowerPoint (advanced formatting preferred)
- Canva
- WordPress (basic to intermediate updates)
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Self-starter who takes ownership and improves processes
Bonus Experience (Nice to Have)
- Experience with construction, engineering, or RFQs/proposals
- Familiarity with InDesign or brand systems
- Experience supporting executive-level presentations
- Basic understanding of website structure, SEO, or content updates
