Respiratory Therapist Supervisor – Pediatrics – Day Shift

Role Overview: This position involves overseeing high patient care standards in hospital or clinic settings, supervising Respiratory Therapists and EKG Technicians, and coordinating staff schedules and activities.

Responsibilities Include

• Providing guidance and resource support to staff and medical personnel.
• Conducting chart audits, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Managing medication administration, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Delivering patient care tailored to age-specific needs with respect and effective communication.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and maintaining regulatory compliance.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program or licensed by the state.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a technician or therapist in adult care.
• Current Respiratory Therapist license and certifications including BLS and ACLS; PALS preferred.
• Proficiency in computer applications, data entry, and effective communication skills.
