Residential Support Worker - Part-Time, Evenings & Weekends

Role Overview: An Adult Residential Support Professional provides direct care in a residential treatment setting for adult males, supporting recovery through supervision, encouragement, life-skills coaching, and maintaining a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and support residents, ensuring safety and adherence to treatment plans
• Serve as a positive role model, providing daily encouragement and documentation
• Assist with medication administration, housekeeping, meals, and daily activities
• Transport residents and facilitate educational and life-skills activities
• Respond effectively to emergencies, maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
