- monitoring residents and supporting their treatment goals
- serving as a positive role model
- documenting observations and maintaining accurate records
- assisting with medication management
- helping with daily activities like housekeeping, laundry, and meals
- transporting residents to appointments and community activities
- facilitating educational and life-skills activities
- responding to emergencies and ensuring safety
- maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries
- a high school diploma or GED
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- preferably experience in human services, behavioral health, substance use treatment, or residential care
- strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and within a team
