Dental Hygienist

Role Overview: A Dental Hygienist provides preventive dental care, educates patients on oral health, and collaborates with the dental team to deliver quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform dental hygiene procedures, screenings, and medical history documentation.
• Educate patients on oral health and promote lifelong dental habits.
• Utilize digital tools such as x-rays and scanners to enhance patient care.
• Maintain a respectful, patient-focused environment.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Licensed in IN with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene.
• Excellent knowledge of dental procedures and patient screening.
• CPR certification required.
• Open to new graduates or experienced hygienists.
• Strong communication, team-oriented mindset, and a desire for ongoing learning.
  
  

Physical & Other Requirements:

• Ability to perform essential duties, including sitting, standing, and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Availability for training sessions and adherence to safety protocols.
• Must complete TB testing prior to employment.
