Position Overview: The IT Project Manager will oversee and manage IT Infrastructure projects in a dynamic Azure Cloud environment. This role requires hands-on experience in Agile Scrum methodology, with a focus on Cybersecurity, Networking, and Telephony/Mobility initiatives. The ideal candidate is a certified project management professional who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and can drive projects to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and execute IT Infrastructure projects, including Cybersecurity, Networking, and Telephony/Mobility initiatives.
- Work within an Azure Cloud environment to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Leverage Agile Scrum methodologies to drive project progress, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stand-ups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring adherence to project plans.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability across project teams.
Qualifications:
- Project Management Certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent) is required.
- 2-5 years of Project Management experience
- Proven hands-on experience managing IT Infrastructure projects, including:
- Cybersecurity
- Networking
- Telephony/Mobility
- Strong understanding and experience with Azure Cloud environments.
- Experience in Agile Scrum practices, including leading sprint ceremonies and managing scrum teams.
- Project Mangement financial tracking
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party deliverables.
- Strong problem-solving and risk-management abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the healthcare industry or familiarity with healthcare IT systems.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project).
- Experience with ITIL or IT Service Management processes.
The starting hourly rate for this position is $50/hour.
