Restaurant Bar & Floor Manager (Full-Time)
Pisces is a high-volume, fun, and energetic restaurant in beautiful Downtown Dunedin, and we're looking for an experienced Bar & Floor Manager to join our leadership team.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee daily bar and front-of-house operations
- Manage bar inventory, ordering, cleanliness, and organization
- Lead, train, and motivate bartenders and floor staff
- Ensure quality food and beverage preparation and service standards
- Assist with scheduling, labor goals, and administrative tasks
- Support outside events and special functions
- Deliver excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For:
- 5 years bartending or lead bartender experience (required)
- 2 years floor/restaurant management experience in high-volume settings preferred
- Sushi experience / Asian spirits experience a plus
- Strong leadership and guest service skills
- Experience with POS systems (TOAST preferred)
- Open availability (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
