We are seeking an experienced and passionate Barista Manager to join our team. If you're creative, outgoing, personable, and compassionate, we want you to be a part of our BAM Bar family. Your primary responsibility will be to create exceptional pastries in the early morning as well as coffee beverages through out the day while providing outstanding customer service and overseeing operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare a variety of pastries in the early morning
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks with precision and care throughout the day.
Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensure other team mates also do so.
Stay knowledgeable about our menu offerings, including seasonal specials, relay these things to additional employees.
Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
-Passion for bakery items/ baked goods
Proven experience as a barista, with strong knowledge in latte art & combining flavors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A creative mindset with a passion for coffee and customer service.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Compassionate and empathetic, with a genuine love for connecting with people.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
