We are seeking an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team. If you're creative, outgoing, personable, and compassionate, we want you to be a part of our BAM Bar family. Your primary responsibility will be to create exceptional coffee beverages while providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks with precision and care.
Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Collaborate with the bakery and florist teams to enhance the customer experience.
Stay knowledgeable about our menu offerings, including seasonal specials.
Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a barista, with strong knowledge in latte art & combining flavors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A creative mindset with a passion for coffee and customer service.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Compassionate and empathetic, with a genuine love for connecting with people.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
