Lead Host (Part-Time)
High-Volume Restaurant | Downtown Dunedin
We’re a fast-paced, fun, high-volume restaurant in beautiful Downtown Dunedin seeking a Lead Host to run the host stand during service. This position REQUIRES an experienced host who excels at controlling seating flow and delivering a great first impression.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience in a high-volume restaurant REQUIRED
- Weekend availability REQUIRED
- Strong communication skills and professional guest presence
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and attention to detail
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
Responsibilities:
- Manage floor plans, seating flow, wait lists, and reservations
- Greet and communicate clearly with guests
- Coordinate with servers and management to maintain smooth service
- Assist with To-Go orders and bussing as needed
Experience with Toast POS and Toast Tables reservation systems preferred. Knowledge of craft beer, liquor, sake, or sushi is a plus but not required.
