Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide excellent customer service from check-in to departure
- Process admissions, memberships, and payments accurately
- Assist with skate rentals and equipment returns
- Answer customer questions about events, programs, and facility rules
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
- Help resolve customer concerns in a friendly and professional manner
- Support staff during events, parties, and busy skating sessions
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic cash handling and computer skills
- Dependable and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
