We're partnering with an innovative energy storage technology company that is scaling rapidly and seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of utility-scale battery energy storage projects across North America.

The ideal candidate is a proven executor with experience leading large-scale power, utility, renewable energy, or industrial infrastructure projects from notice-to-proceed through commissioning and final customer handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of utility-scale energy storage and power infrastructure projects.
- Manage projects through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risk registers.
- Coordinate internal engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and field teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage EPC contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and project stakeholders throughout execution.
- Monitor project performance related to cost, schedule, quality, and safety.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while driving timely resolution of issues.
- Coordinate commissioning, site acceptance testing, and commercial operation activities.
- Provide regular project updates to executive leadership and customers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- 7 years of project management experience within power generation, utilities, renewables, transmission & distribution, substations, or large industrial infrastructure.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects valued at $10M .
- Strong background overseeing EPC contractors and construction activities.
- Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and risk mitigation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
- Ability to travel to project sites as required.
