Project Finance Associate
Location: NY or Miami
Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 bonus

What you will do:
- Support the structuring and execution of project- and portfolio-level financings, including tax equity, debt, and sponsor equity.
- Build, manage, and audit complex financial models to evaluate transaction economics and optimize capital structures.
- Assist in preparing investment memoranda, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate due diligence processes with legal, technical, and financial advisors.
What you will have:
- 2-4 years of experience in project finance, investment banking, private equity, or a related field (renewables or infrastructure experience preferred).
- Strong financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Understanding of tax equity, debt financing, and cash equity structures is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
