About the Role

You will own the production and upkeep of the materials that carry Pave’s story into the market, including the decks our team presents and sends to prospects, one-pagers and fact sheets, and the templates that keep marketing materials consistent.

You will require a strong eye for layout and structure, along with the judgment, urgency, and execution to consistently deliver polished, client-ready work. In addition to your core responsibilities, you will be responsible for a collection of day-to-day marketing operations tasks that support Pave’s outreach and online presence. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Design, Customer Success, and Product teams.

Core Responsibilities

• Build, update, and maintain pitch decks, one-pagers, fact sheets, and other sales collateral and go-to-market materials, primarily in PowerPoint and Figma.
• Turn raw input from leadership, sales, customer success, product, and engineering teams into clean, well-structured, and on-brand deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with Design to maintain the template library, style guides, and visual standards that keep decks, pagers, and outbound materials consistent across teams.

Supporting Responsibilities

• Coordinate event logistics, including materials, merch, shipping, lead capture, and on-site assets.
• Support organic social by formatting and scheduling content and helping maintain the publishing cadence across LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Help maintain and update website pages, including event and landing pages, in coordination with our web agency.
• Assist with building and maintaining outbound email sequencing and prospecting lists.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in sales support, marketing operations, presentation design, or a similar role. Experience in financial services (private banking, asset management, or wealth management) is preferred.
• Exceptional PowerPoint skills. You can build, format, and update complex decks quickly and cleanly, with a strong eye for layout, hierarchy, and detail.
• Strong written and visual judgment. You can take raw data, whether an outline, meeting notes, or transcripts, and turn them into a clear, professional document that aligns with Pave’s messaging and brand.
• Proficiency in Figma is a strong plus, though not required.
• A high-ownership mindset. You are detail oriented, think about how our efforts drive pipeline, and take responsibility for the quality of what you produce.
• Organized and execution-oriented, comfortable juggling multiple requests and deadlines.
• Comfortable using AI tools, ideally Claude, to support research and execution.

Compensation and Role Details

• $75,000–$90,000, based on experience
• Competitive equity package with a 3-year vest and 1-year cliff
• Based in Manhattan, New York | 3 days in-office per week
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
