Piper Maddox is partnered with a leading organization in the renewables sector seeking a Director of Project Management to lead the successful delivery of Waste-to-Energy and Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) projects.
This role requires a commercially focused leader with strong technical expertise who can successfully manage the full project lifecycle from initial proposal through execution and project closeout while driving financial performance, client satisfaction, and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 2–3 Project Managers, driving high performance and accountability.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and overall execution goals.
- Partner closely with Contracts and Legal teams to support proposal development, contract negotiation, and project delivery.
- Develop and implement project execution strategies, ensuring adherence to internal processes and best practices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, ensuring contract compliance, and resolving issues effectively.
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of project management experience, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale industrial EPC or integrated projects valued at $100M .
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing contracts, budgets, and financial performance.
- Background in Waste-to-Energy, Renewable Natural Gas (RNG), Incineration, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, or similar heavy industrial process industries preferred.
- Master’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered.
Salary : $200,000 - $270,000
