Responsibilities of the Trust Administrator:
- Provide administrative support for trust officers, including account openings, bill payments, tax processing, and asset delivery
- Manage a small book of trust accounts, ensuring compliance with governing documents, policies, and applicable laws
- Collaborate with internal teams on AML, KYC, and new account documentation
- Prepare and present discretionary distribution requests to trust committees as needed.
- Maintain accurate records, handle client communications, and support meetings and projects
- Research fiduciary laws and trust regulations to ensure proper administration and decision-making
- Relevant administrative experience; trust administration or financial services background
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Bachelor's degree required
- Salary: $75,000-$95,000
