Piper Companies is seeking a Trust Administrator in Wilmington, DE to join a leading financial services firm’s Personal Trust team. This role provides administrative support to Trust Officers while managing aspects of trust administration in compliance with fiduciary laws and regulations.

Responsibilities for the Trust Administrator:
- Support Trust Officers with account administration, beneficiary requests, bill pay, tax filings, and documentation.
- Open, fund, and close accounts; handle distribution requests and special asset documentation.
- Manage a small book of business including account reviews, reporting, and compliance.
- Collaborate with Compliance and New Business teams on AML/KYC paperwork.
- Ensure exceptional client service and maintain accurate records.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Prior trust administration or financial services experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
- Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000 annually
- Hybrid Schedule: 3 days onsite
