Accounting Assistant

• Job Title: Security Operations Specialist/ Financial Services Specialist
• Location: Minneapolis, MN 55402
• Duration: 12 Months Contract (Extendable)
• Pay: $23/hr to $27.50/hr on W2 without benefits
• Shift : 8:30AM to 5:00 PM

Qualifications:

• Preferred experience Trust 3000, CSS, CSM, Salesforce, Outlook, NEXEN, BBH and DTC.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's in finance Preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service, operations, financial services or business processing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Differentiating, processing, and reconciling transactions
• Researching inquires
• Reviewing time sensitive and/or less to moderately complex documents
• Working collaboratively with other departments

Preferred:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 years of experience – experience in customer service, operations, financial services, or business processing preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong typing and 10 key skills is required.
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Effective organizational, multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgement
• Ability to comprehend moderate operational processes and their interrelationship
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
• Self-starter with ability to follow request through resolution
• Basic proficiency with key MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, Teams)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $23.00 - $27.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person

Salary : $23 - $28
