As a Housekeeper, you play an important role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every guest. From sparkling bathrooms and perfectly made beds to fresh linens and thoughtfully stocked amenities, your work helps turn a hotel stay into a great stay.

What You'll Do

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, public areas, and assigned spaces.
• Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and restock guest amenities.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, wipe surfaces, and ensure every room meets our cleanliness standards.
• Report maintenance concerns, damage, safety hazards, or other issues promptly.
• Keep housekeeping carts stocked and organized with supplies, linens, and amenities.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
• Follow all safety, cleaning, sanitation, and PPE procedures.
• Support recycling, waste-disposal, and energy-conservation practices.
• Work closely with housekeeping, front desk, maintenance, and other hotel team members.
• Maintain a professional appearance and follow all grooming and uniform standards.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as needed.
