As a Guest Services Team Member, you’ll be one of the first people our guests meet and an important part of their overall hotel experience. From a warm welcome at check-in to a smooth and friendly departure, you’ll help make every guest feel valued, comfortable, and taken care of.

What You'll Do

• Welcome Our Guests: Greet every guest with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Create a Great Arrival: Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately while providing a welcoming experience.
• Assist With Reservations: Help guests with reservations, room requests, questions, and special needs.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide helpful information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Stay Connected: Answer phone calls, emails, and other guest communications promptly and courteously.
• Solve Problems: Listen to guest concerns and requests, resolve issues whenever possible, and involve management when needed.
• Handle Transactions: Accurately process payments, credit card transactions, cash, and room keys while following security procedures.
• Keep It Organized: Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
• Work as One Team: Communicate and coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, and other hotel departments.
• Protect Our Guests: Follow hotel safety, security, privacy, and brand standards at all times.
• Create Memorable Experiences: Go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome and appreciated.
